I learned about the FLOOR() formula while working on this one.

The Mod formula is your friend in this one. Also, the inputs may be slightly different because the original output file has slightly different time stamps.

Note, the timestamp in the output is different than the timestamp in the input.  I added an extra formula tool to make the timestamps match, so I could check that my output matched the given output.
