My solution.  I was going to just make a flag in the first dataset for ranges, but I couldn't figure out how to do it dynamically.  So I took the generate rows approach.

The first of all of the weekly challenges was quite interesting. Got opportunity to work with generate rows tool.

Nice first challenge. My solution was a bit too "brute force", I like the elegance of the provided solution a lot better
