Not the ideal solution, as doesn't adapt well to new postal ranges. I took the Multi-Field Binning tool to create five intervals, which I could then join to the ranges by adding a Record ID tool.

Realised I probably did this in a very inefficient way...especially for different use cases where there are millions of rows within the dataset. So was good to view the solution afterwards but got the same result!
