First things first! I am going through the weekly challenges in order. Here is my solution to challenge #1

Nice One!!

I used Formula tool to create a new column of Region in the first input table, and then joined both the table based on the Primary Key Column "Region". After that I used Summarize tool to Group by and count as per the desired output.
