Challenge #1: Join to Range

My method was the same after the join, but different before. I also used the formula tool, as it was only four lines of if-then. However, I've reviewed the more generaliseable solution in case I need to type too much in the formula shape.

I personally wouldn't take up a whole shape to rename two columns that are deleted in the next step though.
