Hello everyone, 

I completed my first ever Alteryx Challenge!

I used the Formula tool to categorize postal areas into regions. I used the join tool to combine the two input data. Following this, I used the summarize tool to  Group By Region, Sales Rep & Responder and added a count of Responder to achieve the output as required.

Here is my solution. 

I split into groupings using manual grouping on tile tool and then joined with the look up range then finally summarised to get output.

I hope I have posted this correctly.
