I enjoyed this challenge!

I've never use"generate row tool" and "text to columns" , so tried to solve by fomula and filter tool.

Hi,

Another solution could be generate the postal code range for each data row, then join and summarize. 

We don't need to generate rows and/or append fields..

I realised after looking at the solution that I should have just used text to columns as my solution depends on the postcode always being four digits... :-/
