Attached is my solution. Opted to use the Generate Rows tool to create a new column in the Reference Table that could be used to join on the Source Data.

I used two left joins to accomplish the same results. I need more training on some of the tools in Alteryx. I'll need to look up more tools inside of the product! Thanks for the weekly challenge!

First time attempting the weekly challenges. There was a good article on the community about using generate rows plus I thought to use the text to columns to split out the ranges.
