48:50 wrong results is because of changed axis of the matrix. With current .csv file we should select "Dense matrix, variables in rows" or otherwise we have to put variables in Headers for input A and then we can continue with "Dense matrix, constraints in rows" option selected. Both theses will results the same as manual one (proper results)
