I think for question 4, the answer "Text to Column" should be included to. The question is about which tool(s) allow user to specify separator for concatenated values. The question is not "which tool(s) allow user to specify separate to concatenate values". A little ambiguity perhaps in the phrasing of the question.

One possible interpretation of the question is that the Text to column allows one to identify separator which WAS used to concatenate value and hence we can specify that separate to split the concatenated values into components again.
