How to RSVP to an event?

Do you want to participate in a User Group in your region? Nothing could be easier, we will guide you! 

Easy peasy: 

Filter by Region, select the User Group you would like to join and in the HOME PAGE section, click on the JOIN GROUP button. 

By joining the group you will be able to receive all the news and be informed of the upcoming meetings. 

Note: You don't need to join the User Group to RSVP. 

To RSVP to an event:

• Open the event and RSVP Yes, No, or Maybe in the "Will you be attending" section. By responding "Yes", the link of the meeting will appear in the Event page. 

 

• Click Yes from the invite you receive in the Inbox of your Private Message.

• You can RSVP an event that is in progress

NOTE: You are subscribed to an event that you RSVP Yes. 

The events that you accept (those that you RSVP Yes), are displayed in blue. The events that you are yet to respond or respond Maybe, are displayed in lighter blue. Declined events (those that you RSVP No), display as crossed out on the calendar.

For our Alteryx User Groups that are a hybrid of in person and virtual, is it possible to have a question in the RSVP for the attendees to indicate how they will be joining? This will help streamline planning (as opposed to having attendees send a separate email to the User Group Leaders).

Currently we do not have any solution to this issue but we are working on it as far as the User Group Leaders are organizing more and more hybrid events. Thank for your patience and have a very nice day,
