Save the date! We are NOW targeting our first MeetUp of the year to be Thursday, February 27th at 3pm. Due to dangerous temperatures for our January date, we felt it was best to push the MeetUp out a month. More details to follow, including confirmation on location (most likely, this will still be held at Slalom.)

We’ll be hearing from Eleanna Goudey of Slalom about the Alteryx Connect Product! Don't know about it? It's a data exploration and discovery tool, and acts as a compliment to a company's data governance framework!

Next, we'll hear from our TCAUG leader Ben Balling about how his company, TransPerfect, makes the most out of the Alteryx Platform! And how he manages this on a daily.

Thanks so much to @bballing and @Inactive User for presenting at this month's TCAUG!

Ben talked to the group about email automation (workflow snapshot below) and how to use different Alteryx tools for quick insights into people's email inboxes! As @KatieH has demoed in the past, the reasons to leave Alteryx to perform other analytics are quickly disappearing. Visualitics continues to close the gap, with powerful visuals delivered by and through Designer, to your end users.

Eleanna gave us a full rundown of Alteryx Connect, and demoed the product for the group! We are consistently seeing a HUGE gap in data asset management, cataloging, discovery and certification, and as Eleanna demonstrated, this product does a great job at addressing all those issues. A great compliment to any company's data governance framework.
