In your role as Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Analytics, you will help the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team by delivering analytics and Insights for the IBP function across all categories and functions to reduce bias and drive actions that are aligned to growth objectives.  If you are looking for a strategic cross-functional role where your insights and collaboration across multiple functions help move us forward, we want to meet you!

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Analytics Drive Actions – You will generate insights from disparate data sources identifying opportunities and drive organizational adoption of actionable items by telling compelling stories with data.
  • Technology is Key - Develop ETL processes utilizing tools such as Alteryx to enable automation and creating analysis to provide the organization with data driven insights. Streamlines, standardizes, and automates existing reporting, KPIs and analysis; Develops tableau dashboards to enable the organization to visually understand analysis results and develops standard reporting within tableau server to enable day to day operational decision making for the organization
  • Project Management – Create project plans for process changes, and adoption of new Tools within the organization.
  • Strategic Leadership - Act as a liaison between the team and IT among other functional departments, or business units, in the organization.

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor Degree and/or 2 years’ experience in data analysis and information reporting data
  • Experience in producing data sets and reports for analysis using Alteryx, Tableau or other reporting tools.
  • Experience with Python, R or other similar programming languages
  • Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving and analytic skills, effectively synthesizing ideas and conveying complex information to varied stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
