Job Duties: Associate with The Ayco Company, L.P., A Goldman Sachs Company in Cohoes, New York. Multiple positions available. Perform statistically driven analysis to identify trends and generate insights for operations leaders to better manage team volumes, performance, and risk mitigation. Provide managers details into team-level and individual-level performance. Collaborate with engineering, analytics, operations, and business teams to build visualizations on a broad array of subjects including customer lifecycle, revenue generation and account manager behavior. Implement workflow solutions designed to reduce operational, financial, and reputational risk. Provide production support, perform root cause analysis, and address defects. Act as a subject matter expert to raise opportunities for Business Intelligence solutions and raise awareness for the team’s capabilities. Design, build, implement, test and monitor high-quality, low-code automations that provide scalability for a high growth organization. Assist with team entitlements and environmental support for Business Intelligence tools. Support a team of developers using the Agile project management methodology. Mentor junior team members to help them develop professionally and coach them to improve technical skills. Regularly check-in with developers to help them move past roadblocks. Analyze and evaluate potential software to be added to the Business Intelligence solutioning stack. Conduct business analysis, collect complex requirements, and synthesize them into digestible visualizations for senior leaders within Personal Financial Management Group (PFMG). Ensure compliance with divisional standards and SDLC governance practices for ongoing asset maintenance. Push forward strategic goals and enhancements to product/platform roadmaps by working closely with the cross-functional teams including product development team, technology team and other key stakeholders to help ensure successful Business Intelligence downstream deliveries. Contribute to delivery of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) within mission driven team that align executive KPIs and strategic priorities.

 

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Management, Business Management, Economics, or a related field. Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Prior employment must include two (2) years of experience with: utilizing Low-Code tools for the automation of manual tasks; utilizing data visualization software to display key insights to senior decision makers. Includes the following: utilizing ETL tools, including Alteryx, for data analysis and automation of manual reporting; and utilizing Data Visualization tools, including Tableau, to prepare dashboards for various audiences and display insights to key decision makers; implementing Workflow Solutions to create controls around highly interactive processes. Includes the following: applying BPM tools, including Microsoft Visio or Signavio, to visualize operational processes; and utilizing workflow softwares, including Camunda, Appian, Unqork, and ServiceNow, to automate manual repetitive tasks; programming languages, including SQL or Python, for data storage, retrieval and analysis; supporting a team through transition and migration initiatives by working with teams to reduce operational inefficiencies in their day-to-day work; coaching and upskilling peers to ensure consistent technical standards and compliance to SDLC; and project management experience, including: applying waterfall and agile best practices to manage projects; and utilizing agile tools, including JIRA and Confluence, for effective project tracking and documentation.

 

Salary Range: The expected annual base salary for this Cohoes, New York, United States-based position is $77,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
