At AI Cyber Solutions, the responsibilities of an Alteryx Developer include designing, extracting, and developing ETL workflows and datasets in Alteryx to let the BI reporting tool make use of it. In short, the individual should be ETL specific to create datasets. The candidate would write complex SQL queries with the help of complex joins on various tables.  

Skills Required

  • 0-2 years of experience working with Alteryx or related degree/diploma/certifications.
  • Sound knowledge of Alteryx designing, server, and tools like predictive, parsing, and transforms. 
  • Good foundation in writing SQL queries against any RDBMS. 
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as Informatica, Talend Pentaho, etc. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and solve problems. 
  • Good understanding of software change and release management. 

Tasks to be Performed

  • Make use of Alteryx server to schedule, monitor, and enhance workflow performance. 
  • Limit the data access by integrating security model in the Tableau dashboard. 
  • Identify the current state of existing dashboards and customize it as per the business needs. 
  • Do end-to-end validation of data. 
  • Write complex SQL queries with the help of complex joins on various tables. 
  • Troubleshoot and offer effective solutions.
