Hi,
As stated in the subject, post installation when trying to configure Alteryx, the system settings shows as blank:
Please note I have already used the same software to do installation on a different server in the same cluster and it was successful.
Has anyone seen this kind of an issue?

@AshwynS - are you using a third-party tool to install the Designer?
Check to make sure AlteryxService is running (Task Manager --> Services --> Alteryx Service). If it's not, start it.
The Alteryx service is running as expected.

I am not sure if I understand correctly. However, just so you know, I am running the executables myself and not using any other app to do the installation.
@AshwynS - if the service is running and you have attempted a re-install to no avail, please conntact support@alteryx.com and we would be happy to troubleshoot further
