Here it is.  I did a little extra work building a SKU-keyed Product Details table to practice transpose, filter, and join options before combing that data with the Product Categories.  The instructions do say to combine those two 😉

However, the solution doesn't require the Product Details at all.  There is a second, more simple solution, at the bottom of my design.

Done, the weak point is finding the total amount of columns when using text to columns tool (not sure why there is not an option to get it done automatically, by finding the max of all rows to be converted.
