Steps used:

1. Used Union Tool to join both Start 2.1 & Start 2.2.
2. Used Unique Tool on the above Union Tool to remove duplicate customer ID records.
3. Used Text to Column tool for splitting User Details based on delimiters and set the number of columns to 5. 
4. Combined steps 2 and 3 outputs using the Join Tool. unchecked unrequired columns.
