Hello,
Here is my version of getting to the required output:
1) I have used Text to Columns to split the data in 'User Details' table into 5 columns
2) Field 2 from 'User Details' has been renamed as 'Column_ID' in the Join tool to perform Join by 'Customer_ID'.
