We wanted to thank you all for participating in person at the Orange County Alteryx User Group on February 14th! I want to give a special shout out to @abe_ibanez taking the time out to deliver tremendous customer spotlight. Here's a quick recap of what we covered during the two-hour session.   @chriswilliams41 led off the ceremonies with introductions and community updates @ddiesel spearheaded a wonderful tool spotlight highlighting the Summarize tool @_enrique_javier walked us through a hands-on activity that included use of the Summarize tool amongst other tools in the solution of Day 2 of Advent of Code   @abe_ibanez was so gracious enough to speak with us about the Alteryx work he is doing at Hyundai As always, we wrapped things up with networking and troubleshooting of workflows, apps, and macros.    Just to reiterate, we are doing all of the user group meetings IN PERSON going forward. We will continue use the main lobby space at Alteryx HQ to do our events. Additionally, we are giving you the rest of the dates for the user group sessions now!   Q2: 5/30/2024 Q3: 8/22/2024 Q4: 11/14/2024   Please put these dates in your calendar and tell your friends and clients! 1/23/24 - We are all set on volunteers, thank you so much!    Hi OC User Group – me again haha. Alteryx SparkED, in partnership with Cal State Fullerton, is planning to host a careers in data analytics event on campus at the university, scheduled for Friday, February 16 th 11 am – 1 pm. We are replicating a similar event we held at CU Boulder last October – a focus on careers in analytics featuring local Maveryx discussing their data analytics journey, company/industry, use-cases, and advice for students and soon-to-be graduates on how they can leverage Alteryx skills in the workplace.   We are looking for volunteers for a few different opportunities: 2-3 Volunteers to present on their academic & professional journey, company/ industry, data analytics/ Alteryx integration in your role (use cases/workflow examples), and/or success stories (10-15 minutes each) 1 Volunteer to discuss the Alteryx OC User Group (5-10 mins) This event is open to the entire user group that would like to attend! We’ll be recognizing our next round of SparkED Scholarship recipients for the first portion of the event then highlighting careers in data analytics, followed by a student-led Alteryx Designer Demo.
