New to Alteryx. Want to create basic workflows

I am new to Alteryx. I want to learn to create basic workflows. My data usually is in excel. Appreciate if someone can help me understand where to begin with, how to download sample datasets and how to use to those datasets in a best possible manner to understand and learn all the functions of alteryx.
