What to Expect
Each meeting you can expect four things: a technology presentation, a user story, office hours (something new we're trying in 2019) , and a happy hour. The technology presentation will include how-to's with the platform, introduction to product functionality, and hands on activities. The user stories will feature members from our local community outlining how Alteryx is used in their organization. This can be walkthroughs of workflows or higher level strategic conversations about self-service advanced analytics and how Alteryx fits into their ecosystems. Each meeting we hold three 20m office hour sessions. These sessions require members sign up prior to the meeting by reaching out to the leadership team. Lastly, the happy hour is a great time to meet with fellow analytics professionals and share stories over refreshments.
2019 Q2 Meeting
The meeting will be held on Thursday March 28th at Johnson Controls International.
Technology Presentation
We will have an Alteryx Product specialist introduce the roadmap for 2019 product enhancements and deliver an Alteryx Promote demo highlighting the power of streamlined predictive model deployment.
User Story Presentation
Matt Michaelson -- Johnson Controls
Matt will describe how JCI is using Alteryx to reshape a hundreds of thousands of rows into a 3.2M row SQL database table which then feeds a Tableau dashboard used for factory demand planning.
