What are Tool Mastery Articles?
Tool Mastery articles walk through in-depth use cases with the goal of elevating users’ proficiency. They are created by experts from the Alteryx Community who know the tools inside and out.

Who can suggest edits to the Tool Mastery articles?
To ensure these articles remain a valuable resource to users, we rely on experts within the Community to suggest edits to the Tool Mastery articles. Anyone who has achieved the rank of Fireball in the Community or higher can suggest edits. A member of the Learning Team will review each suggestion and implement when appropriate. Keep these things in mind when suggesting edits:
- People who have reached the ‘Fireball’ rank in Community can suggest edits. You’ll see your rank on your profile in addition to seeing the blue “Edit” button on the top-left side of a Tool Mastery article.
- Be sure to leave a “Revision note” on the bottom of the article so we can easily find your suggested edit.
- Once your edit is suggested, you’ll be added as a contributor to the article and awarded the Tool Master badge!
