Alteryx is hosting a Datathon on Friday, April 5th at University of Texas, Dallas!
This thread will help answer questions with anything you might like to know about the in-person event on April 5th from how to register to details about the competition.

The Details:
When: Friday, April 5th from 8:00am to 5:30pm CDT
Where: On campus at The University of Texas at Dallas
The first 200 participants to submit proof of at least one Alteryx Designer Core Micro - Credential will be invited to participate in the Semi-Final (In-Person Data Challenge). Submissions are due by March 29th @ 5pm CT!
Semi-Final: In-Person Data Challenge
- Participants will be placed in teams and assigned a unique, real-world data challenge to solve.
- Teams will present their findings to a judging panel and the top three teams with the most points will move onto the final.
Final: In-Person Speed Challenge
- The top three teams will compete in a final time-based round, where the overall Datathon winners will be announced.
What you can win: cash prizes totaling $20K

How to Qualify?
You need to obtain and show proof of at least one Alteryx Designer Core Micro Credential.
Submit confirmation of your micro credential.
To Prepare: Get started by downloading your free 1-year Alteryx SparkED student license today. To give you a head start, we’ll be holding optional weekly workshops between March 8th - March 29th.

Hey,
Last week, I registered for the Hackathon without the Alteryx Community handle. Today, I created the handle, completed the micro certification, and registered for the Hackathon again with the new handle. Is this okay?
