The CRM Analyst will plan, support, execute and analyze promotions and campaigns to increase guest revenue and create customer loyalty.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
Analyze strategic CRM initiatives to find opportunities to drive customer loyalty
Proactively provide advice to internal teams on ways to capitalize on consumer intelligence/insights and to optimize marketing performance.
Present recommendations for changes to current, or development of new, marketing strategies to drive incremental revenue.
Develop and maintain dynamic reports through various BI tools (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) that evaluate marketing program effectiveness, tracking of revenue, and guest segment behavior.
Provide insight into key metrics of success/failure, develop statistical models for forecasting, and communicate findings clearly and efficiently to all levels of the company.
Act as a liaison between the CRM and IT teams to identity, document and facilitate resolution of issues pertaining to database marketing data.
Make decisions related to strategy changes and profitability-driven campaigns.
Create dashboards and interactive analytical tools to present to executive level personnel.
Create database marketing monthly recaps for the executive team.
Compile value-driven deliverables in a timely, efficient manner.
Use statistical analysis to find correlations in slot performance and other data-sets.
