The CRM Analyst will plan, support, execute and analyze promotions and campaigns to increase guest revenue and create customer loyalty.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
- Analyze strategic CRM initiatives to find opportunities to drive customer loyalty
- Proactively provide advice to internal teams on ways to capitalize on consumer intelligence/insights and to optimize marketing performance.
- Present recommendations for changes to current, or development of new, marketing strategies to drive incremental revenue.
- Develop and maintain dynamic reports through various BI tools (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) that evaluate marketing program effectiveness, tracking of revenue, and guest segment behavior.
- Provide insight into key metrics of success/failure, develop statistical models for forecasting, and communicate findings clearly and efficiently to all levels of the company.
- Act as a liaison between the CRM and IT teams to identity, document and facilitate resolution of issues pertaining to database marketing data.
- Make decisions related to strategy changes and profitability-driven campaigns.
- Create dashboards and interactive analytical tools to present to executive level personnel.
- Create database marketing monthly recaps for the executive team.
- Compile value-driven deliverables in a timely, efficient manner.
- Use statistical analysis to find correlations in slot performance and other data-sets.
