The registration site says that if we indicate interest in the UX Lab, we would get an email or something with more information and to schedule a time.
Is that still happening?

I confirmed with the UX folks that communications with additional info/pre-scheduling are no longer planned. Our apologies for the confusion.
The good news is that those who are interested in participating in the UX lab, can simply swing by the host table on-site to schedule. The UX host table is located in Presidential Chamber B in the Convention center on the 2nd Floor. Hours of operation are as follows: Wednesday: 10:00am - 4:00pm & Thursday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
