Faced with never-ending trips to get coffee while legacy Excel cubes loaded for over 30 minutes each morning, the finance team at Mr. Price decided to take matters into their own hands. Using Alteryx, a finance analyst with no coding background built a series of workflows to move billions of records of data from on-premises to cloud. He built business logic into workflows that generated reporting and exception tables and is revolutionizing BI at Mr. Price. The first ROI on the project was achieved through intervention in the first weekly stock alert, which revealed an ordering error to the planning team that was previously undetected.

FP&A'S MODEL FOR THE FUTURE OF BANKING

Revolut is building the bank of the future. This requires a strong, rigorous, and agile financial model to support key business-development decisions, a board of directors, and regulatory reporting.
