Thank you for registering for Inspire 2018 at the Anaheim Convention Center, June 4-7. The conference is next week and we want to share some important details to make sure you have a life.altering experience!
Conference Registration
Registration is located in on the Plaza Level of the Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) North. Your badge is required in order to attend all Inspire activities. You will receive a QR code via email on Friday that can be used for an expedited conference check-in.

Monday, June 4: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
Tuesday, June 5: 6:30 am – 7:00 pm
Wednesday, June 6: 6:30 am – 7:00 pm
Thursday, June 7: 6:30 am – 4:00 pm

Important Note: This year all sessions are on a first come, first served basis. No crash lines! Attendees can still favorite sessions from the Agenda to populate their custom schedule in the My Agenda section of the app, but plan to arrive early to guarantee your seat!

Your hotel room may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance of your stay for a fully refundable deposit. Any cancellation after this time period forfeits the deposit given at the time of booking (first night’s room + tax).

Dress Code
The dress code for Inspire 2018, including breakout sessions, product training, and evening functions, is business casual. Your badge is required to attend all Inspire activities.
- The Monday night welcome reception, Analyticon: Block.UntilDone Party is your chance to show us your moves and represent your hometown - block party style! Wear your favorite team’s jersey, a college t-shirt, or something from your favorite hometown haunt.
- The Grand Prix Happy Hour and Code.Chella on Tuesday night is a casual affair.
Transportation
Travel time to the Anaheim Convention Center from Los Angeles Intl Airport is ~40 minutes, and from John Wayne Airport is about ~20 minutes.
- One-Way Taxi Fare to the Anaheim Convention Center from John Wayne Airport:~$45-$55 USD.
- One-Way Taxi Fare to the Anaheim Convention Center from Los Angeles Intl. Airport can vary greatly:~$95-$110 USD.
- If you purchased a ticket to Disney’s California Adventure on Wednesday evening, a shuttle will be provided from the north side of the Anaheim Convention Center Arena, on Katella Avenue.
Alteryx Product Training
To ensure the smooth training experience, we ask our attendees to complete the following prerequisites for training. We will provide downloads and licensing on site, but long wait times are expected and can result in missing a portion of a training session.
- We ask that all attendees please bring their own laptops to follow along in these sessions. No rental laptops will be provided.
- If you wish to follow along during the training sessions, you will need to have Alteryx Designer 11.0 or later already installed and licensed. Earlier versions of Alteryx can be used in sessions, but are not supported.
- All training data files/workflows can be accessed via this zip file and should be downloaded prior to your arrival.
- If you do not have access to download data/zip files via the web, we will be providing USB drives at the conference that provide all the training data and workflows required for your sessions. If you have any questions please email jmiller@alteryx.com.
