Kristen Kennedy
Kristin works on the Data Intelligence Analytics Team. Her team creates and maintains dashboards and reports for the entire University. Whether by graphs, charts, maps or complicated queries, her team helps get users the data they need. when they need it by empowering the University to make data driven decisions we all help our students succeed and reach their goals.
Kristin has over 25 years’ experience in Higher Education. She has worked in Information Technology for over 15 of those years. Kristin has had many roles including Web Developer, Business Analyst, Manager of Web Developers and Project Management Office and Business Intelligence Developer. Kristin has also worked in other areas including Institutional Research and Student Services. She received her BA in History (1992) and her Masters of Educational Leadership (2009) from Northern Arizona University.
Emily Coleman
Emily has almost two decades of experience building and implementing statistical models to help higher education institutions address their biggest challenges in real time. Prior to co-founding HAI Analytics, Emily was the Senior Vice President of Enrollment Management Services at Maguire Associates, where she led the company’s predictive modeling division and was a member of the senior leadership team. Prior to joining Maguire Associates, Emily worked as the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management at Syracuse University. In both of these professional roles, Emily built statistical models to predict and improve yield, effectively allocate financial aid dollars, and support student success.
Tessa Hauck
Tessa currently works on the corporate data analytics team for Covetrus, an animal health care distribution and technology company, where, with the support of colleagues and direction from a wide variety of stakeholders, she provides data and insights to help make meaningful decisions.
Tessa has been working in the field of data for over 8 years, but comes from a unique and diverse background, including theater, law, and funeral service. Having specifically found data analytics in 2015, becoming an analyst is the opportunity to solve problems using a creative and analytical approach. Her experience in analytics has primarily existed in animal health and outdoor technology. In 2017, she enrolled in a master’s program for data analytics with an anticipated completion of November 2020.
