Unable to register for Alteryx SparkED independent learner training

Why won't Alteryx SparkED registration work when I click the Submit button on the independent learner registration online form (https://info.alteryx.com/adapt.html)?

Nothing happens when I click the Submit button even though all required fields are populated - no error message.

Any suggestions about how to get registered would be greatly appreciated. Is there an alternate way to get registered?

Please make sure all fields are filled out and that a valid email address is being used. If the form is still giving you an issue then I would recommend sending an email to sparked@alteryx.com for assistance. We can then help you further troubleshoot.
