Join us for lunch and analytics at the inaugural Houston Alteryx User Group meeting. Lunch will be generously provided by Capitalize Analytics. We are very excited about the start of this User Group and providing an opportunity for Alteryx users in Houston to connect, share best practices, and improve skill sets that help maximize their potential with Alteryx.

Roundtable Discussion:

• What Challenges are You Trying to Solve with Alteryx?
• How has Alteryx changed the way you work?
• What topics do you want to see presented/discussed at the next meeting (i.e. Using R Tools, geospatial analysis, data warehouse integration, etc)

User Group Announcements

• Alteryx For Good – Alteryx is giving User Groups an opportunity to help their communities. Alteryx will give a license to a charitable organization of our choice (operating income under 10M) and we can volunteer our time to help them solve problems with Analytics or volunteer in other ways. More information can be found at Alteryx For Good UG Info. Please review and reply back with a non-profit organization you would be interested volunteering analytic services to. We’ll review all the choices and select 1.
• Alteryx Grand Prix 2017 – this year Alteryx is changing the format and User Groups will select teams of 3 will compete at Inspire in Las Vegas, June 5-7. Teammates will each have a specialty topic – Favorites Categories, Spatial and Predictive. For more information please check out A Revamped Grand Prix at Inspire 2017 - What You Need to Know. Hi Mark,

I have recently moved to Houston and am wondering if the Houston User Group is putting together a team for the Alteryx Grand Prix this year. I was able to participate last year and loved the experience and would love to get another chance at the cup! Let me know what the plan is here. I had really hoped to attend this months meeting, but I was traveling for work for the past three weeks.
