Grand Rapids / Detroit / Michigan User Group Meeting Recap - March 7, 2023

On March 7th, 2023, Alteryx users from around the state of Michigan joined together for the Q1 User Group Meeting at MillerKnoll's headquarters in Zeeland, MI, after a 2 year hiatus. It was a great meeting, kicked off with some feature updates from Alteryx Product Manager, Nicole Johnson, followed by some tips and tricks regarding macros, Alteryx Obscura (did you know you can make music with Alteryx?), analytic apps, and more from Alteryx ACE Mark Frisch. The meeting concluded with some great discussion amongst the users, a group photo honoring International Women's Day, and some networking time.

This meeting was organized to be a hybrid meeting, with about 15 in person attendees, and 20 online attendees. Scott Smith from WIT, Inc. is working on starting the Detroit User group back up so Michigan Alteryx Users can easily get to a meeting that is within close geographical proximity.

We are looking forward to more Michigan User Group meetings, and will be collecting topic / training / discussion ideas from our potential attendees prior to the next meetings.
