Hi, I've been having a really hard time trying to get an access key. I've submitted the request multiple times. I sent out a couple of emails and was even given a case number but no resolution was reached.  Case # 00551156 Could you please help me out with this?

I would highly appreciate it since I'm applying for a job that requires Alteryx and I need to get some practice before taking the exam.
