unable to take alteryx core

Hi guys,

I'm new to Alteryx and am trying to take the core designer certification. When I click the "Take Exam" button, it redirects me to a form where I have to enter my name, email and username.

However, after filling up the form correctly and pressing the "Start" button, the screen refreshes without any error message and the form is reset. I'm unable to even start the exam certification, this has happened multiple times over the course of the day.

If anyone has encountered a similar issue, I would appreciate your help on resolving it thank you.

Thanks guys, the issue has been resolved and I have obtained my Alteryx Designer Core certificate 🙂
