unable to successfully install the Alteryx

Question

My Windows is unable to successfully install the Alteryx program. It always gets stuck at the step shown in the attached screenshot. After completing the progress, it returns to the same step. I have already disabled the firewall and antivirus software. How can I resolve this issue?

@nicolesang are you trying to install a trial of Alteryx? Or do you plan to activate a purchased license?

It might be worth following this Knowledge Article's guidance if you are trying to activate a purchased license: https://knowledge.alteryx.com/index/s/article/First-Steps-in-Alteryx-Designer (redownload the version installer and try again).

If trying to use a trial, let me know and I can see who might be able to provide guidance on that!
