problem setting up redshift ODBC connection in Alteryx

I am trying to set up redshift ODBC connection within Alteryx but after entering my redshift credentials Alteryx crashes. I am using Alteryx 2023.1.1.247 version. Any suggestion or recommendation is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I think it is better for you to log a ticket with Support to resolve this.
