new column in alteryx

In alteryx how can i create a separate column which will show unique records for each row.

for example: columns are

div#    region country complaint_number       

now I want to create a separate colmun named record ID which will given unique id to each row like rec01, rec02 etc.

I think you want the Record ID tool. It's in the Preparation section. It will only give you a number like 1, 2, 3, etc.
