certificate download query

How to download the earned certificates from my certificates. I can only see the badges and there is no options to download the certificate

In credly there is no badge regarding alteryx

I have a few questions, answering them will help me help you:

1. When did you take the certification exam?
2. Which email did you use?
3. Have you received an email from Credly?
4. Have you accepted the badge from Credly via Email?
5. Have you logged into the correct Credly?

Sometimes it can take awhile before it comes. Check your email and spam just in case.

I passed the advanced certification and now wants to provide it to my organization as proof. When I log into Credly with same email with which I passed the exam, I am not able to login. So I am trying reset password. But I didn't get reset password link. Can someone please help there is a deadline by which I need to submit the certificate to my employer.

I know this is 2 years later, but I'm having the same issue. 

I have a Credly account with the exact same email as in Alteryx community.

It's been a week and my Credly account says zero badges.
Alteryx support were zero help. All they told me to wait for 72 hours for the badge to appear in Credly. 
It's been a week now.
Nothing...
