I noticed that those two user groups have been placed in retired user groups folders.

Thank you for checking, @caltang. We archive any User Group that has been inactive for over two quarters and has not communicated with the User Group team. However, they can be reestablished anytime if/when we have a solid group of leaders available to support. The User Group team will then evaluate the opportunities to reestablish the archived User Groups. For any further questions, please email usergroups@alteryx.com.
