Hi @BransonJamesFarley

Congratulations on your Advanced Certification. What an accomplishment! To continue your learning journey and network with local peers, I recommend joining the Milwaukee User Group! They meet quarterly to network, share experiences, and share best practices, and I am sure you will love being part of this group!

Happy Alteryxing!

Hi everyone!

My name is Bao Lam. First, I would say I am so excited to join the Alteryx Community. I’m a senior Accounting student at Cal State Fullerton, and this semester, I’m taking Technologies in Accounting with Professor April Morris. I’ve been exploring data analysis and automation using Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib), UiPath, Power Query, and now Alteryx.

I’ll admit, I sometimes struggle to learn new software, but I really enjoy the class and the challenge of improving my tech skills. I’d love to connect with others who use Alteryx for data processing and automation any beginner friendly tips or resources would be greatly appreciated. Lastly, I am looking forward to learning and contributing.

Hi everyone, my name is German and I am taking a course at the university of Fullerton. I am still new to Alteryx and only know the basics. Alteryx seems very interesting to me and I look forward to obtaining a better knowledge and applying this to my accounting profession. Does anyone recommend any videos or have any tips at all as to growing my foundation in Alteryx. I would also like to know if anyone uses Alteryx in their profession and which commands/features are used most in your profession. Thank you!

Learning Alteryx has so much more easier than I anticipated. The program is very easy to understand and simple to use.

Hi everyone, I am a business student with a focus in accounting. I am currently enrolled in a course called Emerging Technologies in Accounting and we have just started using Alteryx in our class to sort and clean various data files. So far we've had one class introducing us to this software and I enjoyed learning about the different tools in this application. Over the next few weeks, we will explore this in more depth.

Hello everyone,

I’m Lana, a university student studying Accounting and Finance. I’m currently learning about Alteryx through my university’s Emerging Technology in Accounting course. My goal is to earn my Alteryx certification to strengthen my technological skills and gain hands-on experience with tools commonly used in the field. I’m particularly interested in how Alteryx can streamline data processing and improve efficiency.

I hope to apply this knowledge in my future career and showcase it on my resume to become a more valuable candidate to employers. Looking forward to learning from and engaging with this community!

Hello!

I'm Anthony and my college class is currently learning Alteryx. The goal is to incorporate it into our UI Path projects. It's been great so far as I find it more intuitive to edit data due to the integrated icons than Power Query.
