Hi everyone,
I've been with Labcorp Biopharma Lab Services for 15 years in the Finance Team, specifically in Accounts Payable/Travel Expense team, now known as the Integrated Accounting Services, mainly using PeopleSoft 9.1 ERP system.
In my spare time I love to travel to different places. I am also a Genealogist. I'm President of the Central Jersey Genealogical Club located in Hamilton, NJ. I love to do research and learn about history and other cultures.
I'm a newbie to Alteryx, so I will be leaning on the experts for lots of guidance! :)
I look forward to working with a new tool and with a new set of colleagues.
Best regards,
Suzanne
Welcome, Anee!
I've had a very interesting relationship with Alteryx. I love hating it and hate loving it!, depending on a day.
But one thing is for certain. I can't stop myself from using it. :-)
Dropping old habits from Excel and Access helped a great deal in learning Alteryx
It is a time saver in the long run.
Hey Everyone,
My name is Dean, and I joined the Alteryx Digital Customer Success team about a month ago. I realized a few minutes ago that I never really introduced myself to the rest of the community(those darn weekly challenges are too addictive), so here I am. 🙂
I am new to the world of data analytics, so if you are a newbie like me, dear reader, please check out the interactive lessons at the link below. They are helping me immensely in my learning. However, trying out the product through tool exercises, practice sessions, weekly challenges, etc., helped me a lot more. Take Alteryx for a spin. It's easy to love and keeps you sharp.
If you are a wizard at using Alteryx, I will probably ask you for advice via community forums over the next few weeks/months/years. People like me often stay silent even when we need to speak up and ask for help. I hope to try to buck that trend.
We host Community Live sessions to help users like you and me improve using our dear old tool. Please attend them if you can. We plan to add more sessions like Office Hours, more live community sessions, and maybe even live streams if people are interested in them. We concluded a license admin session a couple of hours ago, where Debbie (Deborah Nakakande) taught attendees how to properly manage and activate their Alteryx licenses. License management is an overlooked part of using any software, and IMO, these sessions are pretty necessary.
I love writing and have that annoying habit of typing more words than required. Safe to say, I am not a master of brevity! I love helping people, though. I like to think I am pretty good at it. So, if you need any form of help, reach out to me. Even when I don't know the answer, I am sure someone in the community will, and I will help guide you to it.
As always, take care.
