Uploads of completed weekly challenges not saving correctly?

I seem to be having an odd issue with some of my weekly challenge submissions. Been trying to get in a few challenges the last week and most uploaded and saved fine, except for challenges 330, 331 and 359. All save and when I check again, my post is gone. I browse to the last page of the challenge and check, my post is simply gone. Checked files, all the same .yxzp extension as the previous ones that worked and I included text and a screenshot of the flow as a spoiler but nope, still not showing up after :( File sizes are under 300kb so this is also not the problem. I've attached a screenshot of 331 successfully uploaded, yet when I check it is not showing anymore.

I uploaded about 8 others perfectly fine but these 3 just wont save. The site shows they were saved but moving away from the page just removes them for some reason. 

Has anyone else experienced this issue or been unable to upload to these 3 challenges?

I was contacted by a friendly moderator who helped me resolve the issue. Seems one should not keep the weekly challenges saved up and try and upload them all in one go or you will be flagged as a Bot. My mistake, should have realised one should not do that.
