Upgrading hub from 2020.4 to 2021.1 - installer comes and disappears. The most relevant upgrade page I found was this - https://help.alteryx.com/20211/alteryx-analytics-hub/upgrade-202021-or-later

 

The hub was stopped prior to running the installer. 

 

The documentation is not very helpful.
