Already had the 2019.3.5 license, what is the cost charged for upgrading to newest Designer version?

There should be no cost to upgrade from 2019.3 to 2019.4. If you need more clarification I would reach out to your sales rep or the general Alteryx contact page.

@AlteryxUserFL is correct. There are no costs to upgrade your license key. Any version enhancements that come out for Designer are included within your license key pricing.
