Unable to upgrade or download latest version of Alteryx Designer

Hello,

I am using Alteryx Designer version 2021.3.1.47945. And I wanted to upgrade /download the newer version but unfortunately, I am unable to do that. When I open the Alteryx designer application I see the below message that says a newer version of Alteryx Designer *64 is available but when I visit the download page It say no product available for you to download.

Could you please provide the steps to upgrade or download the latest version of Alteryx? This is very much required for my daily work and it's urgent.

Your help will be much appreciated.
