Unable to upgrade from old version

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade Alteryx to the newest version.

Documentation states that if the version is older than 2020.3 then you must upgrade to this version first, before proceeding to newer versions.

The version I am currently on is older than 2020.3.

The download portal does not supply a download link for this version, only the newer ones.

Is anyone able to advise/help?

Trying the link, and following sign-in, the earliest version available is 2021.2
