Unable to take exam

Hello there! New here and trying to take the exam for the first time but it's saying I don't have any credits. Attached a screenshot to show what I'm seeing. Hopefully someone can help. Thanks!

There are similar cases also and Alteryx should resolve it.
But I think the whole team is now on vacation.
