I am getting an error stating "We have detected this attempt is being taken in multiple browser windows which is not allowed."
I have not opened this on any other browser or system. I have waited for hours for this to resolve.
Any idea how to solve this issue?

Hi @ganesh9327
I might request you to reach out to certification@alteryx.com if your issue still persists.
They will be able to help.
Many thanks

I would suggest for you to restart your PC, then try to use Incognito mode and take the exam with only 1 tab. That should resolve your issue.

You are unable to take which exam? There are many exams. Micro? Core? Advanced? If the button is greyed out, it means you have not yet achieved the minimum certification to take the exam.
For example, to take Advanced, you need Core first.
Or it can also be possible that you have already taken the exam and did not pass. By that logic, it means you have to wait 7 days before you can attempt again.
Maybe you can take some screenshots?

Err did you use this link: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Certification-Exams/bd-p/product-certification
If so, I think there's a pop-up issue. Have you tried using Chrome then? If InPrivate or Incognito doesn't work, then I'm afraid you'll have to use the standard way without anything else opened. Otherwise you could try on a different PC (if you are doing it on your personal laptop, try using your University/school computer instead).
