Unable to receive Credly mail

Dear all,

I have conducted the certification of alteryx. I only received the email that alteryx passed, but not the email from admin@credly.com.And I checked my junk mail and didn't find it deposited here.I also confirmed that the email address I used for authentication is the same as the one I used when creating credly.The certification time is 2023-09-19, but I have not received any email so far.Can you help me see why?

Mine took a few days to come through, passed on a Friday and got the email from Credly on Monday, its been awhile since you posted but that was my experience.
